Sebandon Hill Farm, LLC. was founded by Paul & Michelle Foster in 2016. Together, with their two children, they are focused on the welfare, health and happiness of their livestock.
Our livestock are all free-range pastured, which helps keep them relaxed and calm. This has a significant impact on the outcome of their meat; it is very tender and much more flavorful than an animal that has been raised in a confined stressed environment.
While generally the term is meant from the farm to the restaurant, we use it directly. Meaning, it comes off of our farm and straight to your table! Our animals are not given antibiotics or growth hormones, and there are no preservatives or additives when the meat is processed.
Our Berkshire pigs are raised on pasture and are tended to multiple times daily to ensure their health and happiness. This helps ensure tenderness and flavorful meat products. We do not use antibiotics or growth hormones. Berkshire's are the most flavorful and will have you never wanting to eat another breed.
We are currently taking orders for whole, half and quarter ready for delivery April 2019. We also offer package options of a mixture of cuts, specified by you so you get exactly what you want!
Our Broad Breasted turkeys are free-range pastured and are tended to daily to ensure their health and happiness. We do not use antibiotics or growth hormones. They have access daily to fresh grass, water, bugs and we also give them a specialty flock feed.
We sell all of our turkeys fresh during Thanksgiving and Christmas. At other times during the year they will be frozen.
Our Cornish Cross chickens are free-range pastured and are tended to daily to ensure their health and happiness. We do not use antibiotics or growth hormones. In addition to their access to fresh grass and bugs, we give them a feed blend of Alfalfa, wheat, corn and soy beans.
While we try to sell our whole chickens fresh, the majority of the year they are only sold frozen.
With nearly 200 Golden Comet Pullets free-ranging on our farm, we are never short on farm fresh eggs.
